Your next steps to booking therapy

I'm excited you've landed here, because it means you're done waiting for things to shift on their own, and a part of you already knows something has to change.

Once you've had a read through the FAQs and you've decided to take the next step, you have two options on the calendar below:

1. Book a free 15 minute initial call

2.Book a first full session

 

Whichever you choose, we'll gain a real sense of whether we're the right fit and a clear idea of what working together could look like. Neither ties you in to anything beyond that first conversation, and if you're ready to commit to ongoing sessions, we'll discuss practicalities and get that booked in.

A mothering experience you can feel proud of at the end of each day is absolutely possible, and this is where it starts.
